On Sunday morning, after taking seven weeks to make
it through Luke chapter 1, we finally arrived at Luke 2 and the Christmas
story. I decided to break the birth of
Christ into two parts. Yesterday I preached
about the effects that Jesus' birth had on the earth and told my congregation
that the birth of Christ brought the world joy, salvation and peace.
