Yesterday morning we started working our way
through the Gospel of Luke by looking at the story of how the angel Gabriel announced
to Zacharias that he was going to be a father.
About halfway through preparing this sermon I realized that I needed to
break it in two. This week I made two
statements of application, taken from the lives of Zacharias and his wife
Elizabeth, which apply to the lives of Christians today. Next week I will make the final two
statements.
